Claire Lyell picMy name is Claire Lyell. I grew up in a multi-lingual, multi-national setting, acquiring a number of cultural layers along the way.  My maiden name was Harbour – is it any wonder my nickname was Pearl?

Educationally, I was fortunate – Modern Languages at Cambridge University and an MBA at INSEAD five years later.  The first few years of my professional life were equally Blue Chip, including Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy, The Swire Group and Egon Zehnder.

But the entrepreneurial streak was always lurking, and I set up my first business at 28, importing colonial antiques from Asia and Latin America, as a pioneer, well ahead of the mass market buyers.  A series of other entreprises has followed, including headhunting, strategy consulting, cross-cultural training and communication consulting.  Bringing all this together, and refining it down to what I truly like, has been a chaotic process, I will not pretend otherwise, but I am very glad to be “home”, professionally, by now!

Being at ease in what I do means that I focus totally on the work in hand, because I love it!  I am in “flow” for a very significant part of my day, and that means great results for you…

Let me know how I might help you, and I will write back within less than 24 hours, guaranteed!
